The SEC found Unisys, a victim of the SolarWinds-linked espionage campaign, negligently downplayed the intrusion in investor disclosures. It paid a USD 4M civil penalty; Avaya (USD 1M), Check Point (USD 995,000) and Mimecast (USD 990,000) were charged the same day.
