AI repair chatbot 'Samantha' left 3.7M chat logs and 1.4M call recordings exposed
Researcher Jeremiah Fowler found three unprotected databases holding 3.7 million chat logs plus 1.4 million audio files and transcripts from 2024 to 2026 generated by Sears Home Services' AI chatbot and voice agent, including customer names, phone numbers, home addresses and repair details. The databases were later secured.
