Hack of US systems exposes Samsung customer names, contacts and birth dates
Samsung said attackers accessed some of its US systems in late July 2022 and that it found on August 4 that customer information such as names, contact and demographic details, birth dates and product registration data had been taken. It did not say how many customers were affected.
