Saint Anthony Health Ministries

Saint Anthony Health Ministries, the covered entity (CE), reported that it experienced a cyber-attack that compromised the protected health information (PHI) of 360,220 individuals. The PHI involved included names, addresses, telephone numbers, dates of birth, Social Security numbers, diagnoses, and health insurance information. The CE notified HHS, the affected individuals, the media, and posted substitute notice on its website. In an effort to prevent recurrence, the CE implemented updated administrative, technical, and security safeguards.
