PayPal Working Capital code error exposed SSNs of about 100 customers
PayPal notified customers that a coding error in its PayPal Working Capital loan application exposed personal data, including SSNs, to unauthorized individuals from July to December 2025. A spokesperson said about 100 customers were affected.
