Social engineering attack on Mailchimp targets crypto-related customer accounts
Mailchimp said in an August 12, 2022 post that attackers used phishing and social engineering to target data of crypto-related companies on its platform. DigitalOcean said its Mailchimp account was compromised and some customer email addresses were exposed.
