Stolen LinkedIn password hashes posted online; full dump surfaces in 2016
LinkedIn confirmed that some of about 6.5 million leaked password hashes belonged to its members. In 2016 a much larger set from the same 2012 breach appeared for sale, and Have I Been Pwned loaded 164.6 million email addresses.
