AI companion apps Chattee Chat and GiMe Chat exposed 43M intimate messages
Cybernews researchers found an unauthenticated Kafka broker streaming data for two AI companion apps from Hong Kong developer Imagime Interactive, exposing about 43 million messages and over 600,000 images and videos from more than 400,000 users, plus IP addresses and device identifiers.
