Zero-day attacks on legacy FTA file transfer appliance hit dozens of organizations

Accellion said its 20-year-old File Transfer Appliance was the target of a sophisticated cyberattack and that all FTA customers were notified on December 23, 2020; attackers linked to FIN11 and the Clop gang stole files from customers and extorted them.
